Dr. Weaklend
Dr. Matt Weaklend feels that helping his patients with their health is like
helping family. Dr. Weaklend was born and raised in the Omaha area and earned his
Bachelor of Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He then moved to Minneapolis
to earn his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Soon after graduation Dr. Weaklend packed up and moved to Santa Rosa, California, to work for Synergy Medical Group, which included both chiropractors and medical doctors.

While working at Synergy, Dr. Weaklend was approached to take over a well-established chiropractic clinic in the Sacramento area. He accepted the position and became the clinic director and primary treating chiropractor for California Pain Relief Specialists.

Despite having a good job, excellent patients, and a great staff, Dr. Weaklend realized that he longed for the Midwest. Dr. Weaklend soon relocated, but this time to familiar territory: Omaha. After eight long months of searching for a location, negotiating, and building, the doors finally opened in March 2005 for Lakeside Chiropractic Specialists.

Dr. Weaklend’s number one passion in life is seeing his patients get well, but aside from spending countless hours of time at the clinic, Dr. Weaklend can often be found on a basketball court, at nearby golf courses, or cruising the concrete on his Harley.

Dr. Weaklend is licensed through the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association and is president of the Lakeside Business Association.

Dr. Weaklend is also a member of the following organizations:
American Chiropractic Association, Californian Chiropractic Association, Big O Business Networking, Better Business Bureau, Pinnacle Physicians Network, and SecureCare

Stacy:
With years of experience working with people in the human resource field, including great companies such as Omaha Steaks and In-N-Out Burger, Stacy made the decision to work in the health industry and joined Dr. Weaklend as the office manager and assistant at Lakeside Chiropractic Specialists.

Stacy’s number one talent is making patients feel at home in the office and welcoming everyone with a warm smile, but aside from this she makes the whole confusing insurance industry seem simple. Even if you don’t have insurance, Stacy is an expert at finding an affordable plan that will work best for you.
